摘要 体育微课是信息技术应用到体育教学的主要形式,从体育教学信息技术应用实践来看,从学生学的角度设计微课,促进学生自主学习的实效性,提高体育课堂教学效果是非常必要的。研究从课堂教学需求来设计制作体育微课,并在微课中采取有效方法促进学生自主学练,获得理想的学习和练习效果,是体育微课体现对教学有效性的关键所在。提出的"双轮驱动"是以"应用驱动"确立微课制作方向,以任务为驱动力,设计与教学相适应且能让学生主动学习的微课,实现微课与体育教学的深度融合。针对当前体育微课存在的问题,对体育微课合理分类,研究与其相适应的"双轮驱动"微课制作方法,对制作"双轮驱动"的微课在教学实践中应用展开分析。 Micro course is a major form of applying information technology to physical education teaching;from the perspective of physical education teaching information technology application practice, it is very necessary to design micro courses from the perspective of student learning, to promote the effectiveness of student autonomous learning, and to improve the physical education classroom teaching effect. Designing and fabricating micro physical education courses according to classroom teaching needs, and using effective methods in micro courses to promote student autonomous learning and practicing, and to achieve an ideal learning and practicing effect, are the keys for micro physical education courses to embody their teaching effectiveness. The “two-wheel drive” proposed is to establish the micro course fabrication direction based on “application driven”, task driven, to design micro courses that fit into teaching and enable students to learn autonomously, and to realize the in-depth fusion of micro physical courses with physical education teaching. Aiming at problems currently existing in mi- cro physical education courses, the author classified micro physical education courses rationally, studied match- ing “two-wheel drive” micro course fabrication methods, and analyzed the application of fabricated “two-wheel drive” micro courses in teaching practice.
