跨省异地就医直接结算资金清算方式研究

Study on the Way of Capital Transfer for Direct Settlement of Medical Treatment in Different Provinces

自跨省异地就医直接结算实施以来,其资金规模和覆盖范围不断扩大,但当前资金清算过程中仍存在诸多问题。本文首先对当前跨省异地就医直接结算资金清算工作的预付金模式进行分析,包括清算流程和清算规模等;二是通过对比的方式展示国家账户模式的特征优势;三是讨论建立国家账户的可行性并提出可行的具体方案。

Since the implementation of direct settlement of trans-provincial medical treatment, its capital scale and coverage have been continuously expanded, however, there are still many problems in the current capital transfer process. Firstly, this paper analyzes the prepayment mode of the current inter-provincial direct settlement of funds for medical treatment, including the process and scale of settlement. The second is to demonstrate the characteristics and advantages of the working capital model by way of comparison. The third is to discuss the feasibility of establishing national accounts and put forward some feasible concrete schemes.
