带式输送机中国标准与美国CEMA标准的差异

摘要 为了满足国外顾客对带式输送机的质量要求,国内制造厂家和设计单位经常采用美国CEMA标准进行带式输送机设计。介绍了国内外通用带式输送机设计标准的发展状况,比较了中国标准与美国CEMA标准中带式输送机设计计算的几种主要参数,着重分析了其中输送带张力计算的不同方法,并总结了CEMA标准中输送带张力算法的特点。 To meet the quality requirements by international customers for belt conveyors, domestic manufacturers and design institutes often adopt American CEMA standards for the design of the belt conveyors. The development status of commonly used domestic and international design standards for belt conveyors are presented, several main parameters for the design and calculation of belt conveyors in the Chinese standards and American CEMA standards are compared, different ways for calculation for belt tension are analysed, and the characteristics of tension calculation for conveyor belts in the CEMA standards are summarized.
