摘要
硫磺回收装置中尾气焚烧炉二次风与尾气进口一般采用环向进气结构,炉体开孔过多,导致内衬刚玉砖的加工制造难度大,削减了内衬结构的稳定性。着重介绍了横向对开孔的新型进气结构,并简要说明了尾气焚烧炉的设计要点和内衬的选材要求。新型进气结构既增强了内衬结构的连续性,又降低了刚玉砖制造与施工的难度,有利于提高炉衬使用寿命与成本的节约。
The secondary air and tailgas intake in the tailgas incinerator of sulfur recovery unit typically uses annular intake structure which involving many openings in the furnace, and consequently, it’s difficult to manufacturer the corundum brick lining, compromising the stability of the lining structure. The new intake structure of horizontal opening is highlighted, and the design highlights and lining material selection requirements for the tailgas incinerator are presented. The new intake structure reinforces the continuity of the lining structure, and reduces the difficulty for manufacturing and installation of corundum brick, which will help increasing the service life of the lining and save cost.
