型煤生产技术是技术成熟、成本低廉、最现实有效的洁净煤生产技术。原煤特性、添加剂的选择、成型设备的选型、工艺配置等是清洁型煤生产技术的主要影响因素。以新疆某项目为例,介绍了型煤生产工艺流程、主要设备选型和公用工程消耗情况。

Briquette production technology is proven, cost-effective and the most realistic and effective production technology for clean coal. The raw coal property, selection of additive, selection of forming equipment, and process configuration are the major factors for clean briquette production technology. Based on a project in Xinjiang, the briquette production process flow, selection of critical equipment, and utilities consumption is presented.
