摘要
阐述磷酸浓缩石墨换热器在生产过程中因结垢堵塞,造成生产装置产能下降。介绍了石墨换热器除垢的方法及原理,并结合生产实践,总结了有效的石墨换热器离线清洗清理方法,采用酸洗、碱洗相结合的三次清垢法,以提高磷酸浓缩系统的生产负荷。
The reduced capacity of the plant due to plugging caused by fouling in the operation of the graphite heat exchanger in the phosphoric acid concentration is described. The method and principle for the foul removal of the graphite heat exchanger are outlined. Based on the actual operation practice, the effective online cleaning method for the graphite heat exchanger is summarized. A three-time foul cleaning method combining acid cleaning and alkaline cleaning is employed to increase the operating load of the phosphoric acid concentration system.
