房颤患者射频消融术后6个月生活质量变化分析

The Change of Life Among Patients With Atrial Fibrillation After 6 Months of Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation

目的:了解射频消融手术对房颤患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用整群抽样,调查2017年1月-2018年2月在新疆石河子市人民医院心内科经房间隔穿刺行射频消融术治疗房颤患者30例。采用简明生活质量调查量表(SF-36)电话随访,了解患者在术前、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月的生活质量情况。数据结果采用SPSS20.0软件进行重复测量方差分析。结果:(1)术前及术后1个月、3个月、6个月患者生活质量总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中术前生活质量分别与术后3个月、6个月差异有统计学意义;生活质量各维度中生理职能(RP)、一般健康状况(GH)、精力(VT)、精神健康(MH)、健康变化(HT)五个方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)半年中,患者有3例房颤复发,其术后生活质量高于术前。结论:射频消融术可通过提高患者生理职能、一般健康状况以及精力和精神健康来改善房颤患者生活质量,术后生活质量逐步改善。

Objective:To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation on the life quality in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:30 patients with atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency ablation in department of cardiology were adopted by cluster sampling,from January 2017 to February 2018 at the people's hospital of Xinjiang Shihezi,Xinjiang.A brief quality of life scale(SF-36)was used to investigate the patients'quality of life by telephone interview,before,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.The data were analyzed by spss20.0 software by using repeated measurements.Results:(1)There were significant differences in the total scores of patients'quality of life before and after operation 1,3,6 months,and the quality of life before operation was significantly different from that at 3 months and 6 months after operation.Four dimensions and one item about self assessment of health in the scale are statistically significant,they are role-physical(RP),general health(GH),vitality(VT),mental health(MH),and health transformation(MT).(2)In half a year,3 patients recurrent atrial fibrillation,and the life after operation was higher than that before operation.Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation can gradually improve the quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation by improving their physiological function,general health,vitality and mental health.
