摘要
分布式冷热电联供能源系统(DES)在经济收益、碳减排等方面获得不错的效果,所以一定会成为国内工业能源终端供应的重要方式。对于我国来说,一定要根据实际情况来合理的采用分布式冷热电联供能源系统。当今,我国正在全面进行城市化的建设,而且计划在未来的几年时间里,要创建大量的新工业园区以及新城区,而且和发达国家一同迈入了智能电网时期,同时因为DES技术的发展,让我国具备了后发优势。根据以上国情,我国计划创建大量的区域型分布式冷热电联供能源系统,从而完成“高能高用、低能低佣”的工作目标。
The distributed cold and heat power system (DES) has achieved good results in terms of economic benefits and carbon emission reduction,so it will definitely become an important way for domestic industrial energy terminal supply.For China,it is necessary to rationally adopt a distributed COOLED energy supply system based on actual conditions.Today,China is in the process of comprehensive urbanization,and plans to create a large number of new industrial parks and new urban areas in the next few years,and with the developed countries into the smart grid period,and because of the development of DES technology Let China have a late-comer advantage.According to the above national conditions,China plans to create a large number of regional distributed cold,cogeneration and energy supply systems,so as to achieve the “high energy and high use,low energy and low commission” work objectives.
