摘要
在风火同价的大背景下,整机厂商、二级部件供应商成本压力越来越大,变桨系统作为风电机组关键部件,不仅起到调节机组功率的作用,更承担着机组安全停机的重要任务。在变桨系统设计阶段,精细载荷分析,合理选择变桨电机,有助于降低成本,提高产品的市场竞争力。采用GHBladed对正常发电、紧急停机、电网掉电等工况下进行载荷仿真,分析不同工况下变桨驱动载荷的变化规律,提出满足不同工况使用条件下的电机精细化选型方法。
Under the background of the same price of wind and fire,the cost pressure of the whole machine manufacturer and the second component supplier is increasing.The pitch system is a key component of the wind turbine,which not only plays the role of regulating the power of the unit,but also bears the safety of the unit.The important task of downtime.In the design stage of the pitch system,fine load analysis and reasonable selection of pitch motors can help reduce costs and improve the market competitiveness of products.GH Bladed is used to simulate the load under normal power generation,emergency shutdown,grid power failure and other conditions.The variation law of pitch drive load under different working conditions is analyzed,and the motor refinement selection method under different working conditions is proposed.
