某厂低压发电机碳刷磨损过快原因分析及处理对策

摘要 本文通过对某厂低压发电机碳刷磨损过快问题的长期监测和处理分析,结合国内同类机组发电机碳刷磨损的经验反馈,总结出处理该类发电机碳刷磨损过快问题的一系列方法,并将这些处理方法应用到实际发电机检修中,取得了良好的实践效果。 Based on the long-term monitoring and treatment analysis of the problem of excessive wear of carbon brushes of lowvoltage generators in a factory,and combined with the experience feedback of the same kind of generators in China,a series of methods for dealing with the problem of excessive wear of carbon brushes of such generators are summarized,and these methods are applied to the actual maintenance of generators,and good practical results have been achieved.
