浅谈一起因给水泵汽轮机出力不足导致的机组跳闸事故

摘要 锅炉给水泵是大型发电厂的重要设备,对用户的生产生活起着非常重要的作用,并且随着现代火力发电机组容量的不断增加,汽动给水泵已逐渐代替电动给水泵,成为主给水泵。小汽轮机作为汽动给水泵的驱动设备,能否可靠地运行,直接关系到整个发电机组的安全。华能临沂发电有限公司#2机曾在2015年发生过一起因除氧器饱和汽进入小机进汽管道造成给水泵出力下降,从而引发给水流量低导致机组保护动作跳闸的事故。 Boiler feed water pump is an important equipment in large power plants,which plays a very important role in the production and life of users.With the increasing capacity of modern thermal power units,steam feed water pump has gradually replaced electric feed water pump and become the main feed water pump.Small steam turbine (hereinafter referred to as small turbine) as the driving equipment of steam-driven feed water pump,whether it can run reliably or not directly relates to the safety of the entire generating unit.In 2015,Huaneng Linyi Power Generation Co.,Ltd.#2 unit had an accident in which the output of feed water pump decreased due to the saturated steam of deaerator entering the intake pipe of small unit,which resulted in the trip of unit protection action due to the low flow of feed water.This paper describes in detail the process and causes of the accident,and puts forward corresponding corrective measures.
