摘要
变频器在发电企业中应用广泛,不但提高了设备自动化程度,同时也节约了能源、降低了生产成本。但是安置变频器的变频间由于设计方面存在误区,使变频器温度上升,导致元器件失效。使液晶屏幕数据无法显示,甚至经常发生变频器保护动作等现象。同时,由于变频器采用“负压进风”的冷却方式,被迫强制从室外吸取大量的空气进行自我冷却,使变频间产生严重的负压,负压使外界空气中大量的粉尘和杂质被吸入到变频器内部,造成变频器内部脏堵、积灰。本文通过实例,阐述了变频间降温除尘改造的方法,并对变频间降温除尘装置的性能、特点进行了分析。
The frequency converter is widely used in power generation enterprises,which not only improves the automation of equipment,but also saves energy and reduces production costs.However,due to the design flaws in the frequency conversion room where the inverter is installed,the temperature of the inverter rises,resulting in component failure.The LCD screen data cannot be displayed, and even the inverter protection action often occurs.At the same time,because the frequency converter adopts the“ negative pressure air inlet” cooling method,it is forced to draw a large amount of air from the outside to self-cool,causing a serious negative pressure between the frequency conversion,and the negative pressure causes a large amount of dust and impurities in the outside air to be Inhaled into the inverter,causing internal clogging and dust accumulation in the inverter.In this paper,the method of temperature reduction and dust removal modification between frequency conversion is expounded by examples,and the performance and characteristics of the temperature reduction dust removal device between frequency conversion are analyzed.
