摘要
SF6气体具有较好的物理、化学以及电气特性,因此被广泛应用于电气设备中。充有SF6的电气设备往往具有非常好的绝缘效果,且在放电环境中SF6气体会被分解,而基于对分解产物的分析则可了解实际故障形式。本文简单概述了SF6电气设备的主要绝缘构成成分,随后针对故障状态下的产物进行总结,并概述了相关产物的检测手段。
Sulfur hexafluoride gas is widely used in electrical equipment because of its good physical,chemical and electrical properties.Electrical equipment filled with SF6 tends to have very good insulation effects,and sulfur hexafluoride gas is decomposed in the discharge environment,and the actual failure mode can be understood based on the analysis of the decomposition products.This paper briefly summarizes the main insulation components of sulphur hexafluoride electrical equipment,and then summarizes the products under fault conditions,and outlines the detection methods of related products.
