With the continuous development of industrialization in China,electricity consumption in all walks of life has also increased dramatically.In this process,power enterprises have also been well developed,and power engineering projects have emerged in endlessly.However,in this process,many power enterprises are facing cost management problems when carrying out power project projects.Because power enterprises are usually affected by many factors when they carry out project cost management,the benefits of power enterprises are affected.In this paper,the development trend of future power engineering cost is discussed,and the problems existing in the process of developing power enterprise engineering cost are explained,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in view of the existing problems,so as to provide greater help for the project development of power enterprise,improve the economic benefits of enterprise,so as to help the development of power enterprise in our country,and make it possible for the power enterprise to carry out the project.Project development is more scientific and rational.
