电能计量装置在电网企业运行中发挥着重要作用,是电网企业电力交易的重要技术支撑之一。既保障了电力消费者的经济利益,又保证了电网企业交易数据的严谨性。因此,电能计量装置的管理受到了社会和电网企业的高度关注。为更有效地规范运行中的电能计量装置的管理程序,国家和行业相继的颁布了系列相关法律法规以及规章制度。电能计量装置管理规章制度的制定有效提高电能计量装置的计量性能同时又能合理控制成本,本文论述了企业的管理目标、以及管理内容和有效的管理方法。

Electric energy metering device plays an important role in the operation of power grid enterprises,and is one of the important technical support for power grid enterprises.It not only guarantees the economic interests of power consumers,but also guarantees the rigor of transaction data of power grid enterprises.Therefore,the management of electric energy metering devices has been highly concerned by the society and power grid enterprises.In order to more effectively regulate the management procedures of electric energy metering devices in operation,the state and industry have promulgated a series of relevant laws and regulations as well as rules and regulations.The formulation of rules and regulations for the management of electric energy metering devices can effectively improve the metering performance of electric energy metering devices while reasonably controlling the cost.This paper discusses the management objectives,contents and effective management methods of enterprises.
