With the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s daily living needs are also growing. At the present stage, China’s national development and modernization have brought fundamental support for the basic development of the entire power enterprise. However,in the process of the development of China’s current power enterprises, the procurement of power materials is a very important part of the work.Because the corresponding problems in the current process can not be effectively solved, there are still some work risks in the procurement contract, which seriously threaten the normal production and operation of power enterprises, and can not fundamentally guarantee the stability and security of power grid system construction. Therefore,we must analyze and judge the methods and management of contract risk.Considering this point, power enterprises must pay attention to the management and optimization of this aspect of work.In this way,we can formulate suggestions for improvement and deal with them.Based on the analysis of the current management status of contract risk prevention in power enterprises, this paper further discusses the Countermeasures of contract risk management, and finally puts forward the work management mechanism of contract innovation and the preventive suggestions of improving the management system. It is hoped that the construction of contract risk in power enterprises can be improved by this way.It is also hoped that this paper can bring reference opinions to the readers.
