精细化电网基建项目可行性研究的措施

Measures for Feasibility Study of Fine Power Grid Infrastructure Project

随着社会主义市场经济体制的改革发展,全国各地用电量大幅度增加,致使我国电网基建项目建设日益增多,由于电网基建项目前期管理工作复杂繁多,因此,为了更好促进电网事业的发展,我们应从我国电网基建项目实际出发,采取相应的措施,做到精细化管理,推动电网事业不断蓬勃发展。文章以10kV架空线路为例,探讨了精细化电网基建项目可行性研究的措施。

With the reform and development of the socialist market economic system,the electricity consumption in all parts of the country has increased dramatically,which has led to the increasing construction of power grid infrastructure projects in China.Because of the complexity and variety of pre-management work of power grid infrastructure projects,in order to better promote the development of power grid,we should proceed from the actual situation of power grid infrastructure projects in China and take corresponding measures to achieve fine quality.To promote the vigorous development of power grid undertakings through management.Taking 10 kV overhead line as an example,this paper discusses the measures for feasibility study of fine grid infrastructure projects.
