摘要
本文对某热电厂2×300MW机组锅炉灵活性调峰优化并结合低氮燃烧器改造(Low-NO,Burner,LNB)所取得效果进行分析与总结,该厂#1、#2炉通过本次改造均能够满足30%BMCR工况下低负荷不投油稳燃,满足灵活性调峰要求,同时大幅度降低了NOx的排放,锅炉效率与改前比较略有升高,本次改造是结合了灵活性调峰与锅炉低氮改造的优秀案例,为类似锅炉优化提供了可行性方案。
The paper analyses effect of flexibility peaking optimization combined with retrofitting about low NOx burner on Thermal Power Plant 2×300 MW units and summarize them. Both # 1 and # 2 boilers in the plant can meet the requirements of flexible peak regulation without oil injection and stable combustion under the condition of 30 % BMCR through this transformation, and meanwhile, the NOx emission is greatly reduced, and the boiler efficiency is slightly higher than before. This transformation is an excellent case combining flexible peak regulation with low nitrogen transformation of the boiler, providing a feasible scheme for similar boiler optimization.
