变电站电缆对芯识别装置的研究及应用

摘要 目前变电站内电缆众多、走向复杂,且分布过于分散,在电缆查找及识别工作中存在查找步骤繁琐、电缆源头和去向识别难等问题。为此研判出一种变电站电缆对芯识别装置,该装置操作简单,能快速、精准、有效地识别出需要查找电缆的两端,该装置的应用可以取代传统的电缆作业方式,不仅提高作业人员的工作效率,节约人力和物力成本,而且对带电运行设备无影响,有效保证施工的安全性和可靠性,从而为变电站运行部门的电缆识别工作提供技术参考。 At present, there are many cables in the substation, the trend is complicated, and the distribution is too scattered. In the cable search and identification work, there are problems such as cumbersome searching steps, difficulty in identifying the source and destination of the cable. To this end, a substation cable core identification device is studied. The device is simple in operation and can quickly, accurately and effectively identify the two ends of the cable. The application of the device can replace the traditional cable operation mode, and not only improve the operation personnel. The work efficiency, saving manpower and material cost, and no impact on the live running equipment, effectively ensuring the safety and reliability of the construction, thus providing a technical reference for the cable identification work of the substation operation department.
