摘要
铁路和金属矿附近的输电线路长时间面临着严重的积污问题,由于金属粉尘易氧化,粉尘污秽易结块且带腐蚀性,导致复合绝缘子贯穿性击穿。本文针对铁路和金属矿附近绝缘子遭受特殊污染而设计的一套防污装置,由磁铁配合均压环和高压静电发生两重要部分组成了电磁吸附防污闪装置。静电除尘装置由振荡电路和倍压电路组成,输出的高压直流电接于均压环上的电极网兜配合均压环上所带的磁性对污秽粉尘进行吸附,减少绝缘子表面污染,提高输电线路中绝缘子绝缘水平和使用寿命。
transmission lines near railways and metal mines are facing serious pollution problems for a long time. Because metal dust is easy to oxidize, dust pollution is easy to agglomerate and corrosive, it is easy to lead to penetrating breakdown of composite insulators. A set of anti-pollution device is designed for insulators near railway and metal mine under special pollution environment. Electromagnetic absorption anti-pollution flashover device is composed of two important parts: magnet with equalizing ring and high voltage electrostatic generation. The electrostatic precipitator is composed of oscillating circuit and voltage doubling circuit. The output high voltage direct current is connected to the electrode net pocket on the voltage equalizing ring, and the magnetism on the voltage equalizing ring is used to absorb the polluted dust, reduce the surface pollution of insulators, and improve the level and service life of the external insulation of insulators in transmission lines.
