摘要 大型汽轮发电机定子端部绕组及其结构的安全性与可靠性对整个机组的安全稳定运行起着十分重要的作用,发电机膛内的强电磁力引起的的振动可能导致黄粉堆积问题,对发电机的平稳运行有着很大的影响,严重情况下更可能会导致一系列事故,本文针对金陵电厂#2发电机端部黄粉问题的发现与处理进行了总结,对同类型机组端部绕组振动问题的处理提供了参考。 The safety and reliability of the stator end windings and their structures of large steam turbine generators play an important role in the safe and stable operation of the whole unit. The vibration caused by the strong electromagnetic force in the generator 可能 may lead to the accumulation of yellow powder. The problem has a great impact on the smooth operation of the generator. In severe cases, it may lead to a series of accidents. This paper summarizes the discovery and treatment of the yellow powder problem at the end of the generator #2 of Jinling Power Plant. The treatment of the winding vibration problem provides a reference.
