强迫油循环变压器散热器带电清洗方法的探讨

摘要 强迫油循环变压器散热器由于特殊的结构设计且长期运行于户外,运行条件恶劣,因此散热器积灰现象及其严重。散热器表面积污会堵塞散热器通风通道,造成散热器散热功能极大降低,使主变油温升高,严重时造成变压器油温高保护跳闸,威胁电力系统安全稳定运行,因此须对强迫油循环变压器散热器进行定期清洗,恢复其原有散热水平。 Forced oil-circulating circulating transformer radiator has special structure and long-term operation in the outdoor, and the operating conditions are harsh. Therefore, the ash accumulation phenomenon of the radiator is serious. When the surface area of the radiator is dirty, the radiator ventilation passage will be blocked, resulting in heat dissipation. The heat dissipation function of the device is greatly reduced, causing the main transformer oil temperature to rise. In severe cases, the transformer oil temperature is high and the b protection trips, threatening the safe and stable operation of the power system. Therefore, the forced oil circulation transformer radiator must be periodically cleaned to restore its original heat dissipation. Level.
