摘要
叶片可调式风机的出现对电力行业各大电厂发电机组带来许多便利和帮助,在国民经济中也起到重要作用,在航天、能源、动力、交通等领域得到广泛应用,我国电力行业现在也在大量采用叶片可调式风机。发电机组运行过程中的不同工况对烟风风量的需求不同,叶片可调式风机可以满足大多数火电厂发电机组对烟风量的调整需求,由于叶片可调式风机的结构比较紧凑成本相对较低,此类风机能够随机组运行工况的不同,通过叶片开度进行风量调节的能力,具有高效及节能的特点。但是风机在运行过程中受到各种工况影响导致风机叶片、轮毂、壳体等部位因垢蚀、磨损造成风机振动故障,使设备运行时的可靠性降低,所以对叶片可调式风机振动的产生机理和处理方法就需要进行分析研究。
The emergence of blade-adjustable wind turbines has brought a lot of convenience and help to generators of major power plants in the power industry. It also plays an important role in the national economy. It is widely used in aerospace, energy, power, transportation and other fields. A large number of blade-adjustable fans are used. Different working conditions in the operation of the generator set have different requirements on the air volume of the flue gas. The adjustable vane fan can meet the adjustment requirements of the flue gas volume of most thermal power plants. Because the structure of the vane adjustable fan is relatively compact, the cost is relatively low. Such fans can be used in different groups of operating conditions, and the ability to adjust the air volume through the blade opening degree is characterized by high efficiency and energy saving. However, the fan is affected by various working conditions during operation, which causes the fan blade, the hub, the shell and other parts to cause vibration damage of the fan due to fouling and wear, which reduces the reliability of the equipment during operation, so the vibration of the blade adjustable fan is generated. Mechanisms and treatment methods require analytical research.
