风电机组偏航机构故障分析及处理办法 被引量:2

摘要 风电机组偏航机构是水平轴风电机组的组成系统之一,其作用是跟踪风向的变化,驱动机舱围绕着塔筒中心轴旋转,使风轮始终处于迎风位置。偏航系统有机械、电气、液压部分组成,在风电运行维护过程中,偏航机构故障不断出现,尤其是机械部分故障,检修难度大,故障类型多。本文通过现场检修维护工作经历,对风电机组偏航机构故障做了分析,并提出检修维护措施,为现场解决类似问题提供参考。 The yaw system of wind turbine is one of the components of the horizontal axis wind turbine. Its function is to track the change of wind direction, and drive the nacelle to rotate around the central axis of the tower, so that the wind wheel is always in the windward position. The yaw system consists of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components. During the operation and maintenance of wind power, the yaw mechanism malfunctions continuously, especially the mechanical parts are faulty, the maintenance is difficult, and there are many types of faults. Through the on-site inspection and maintenance work experience, this paper analyzes the yaw mechanism failure of the wind turbine and proposes maintenance and repair measures to provide reference for solving similar problems on site.
