国际电站工程EPC合同索赔三维结构管理研究

Research on Three-dimensional Structure Management of EPC Contract Claim for International Power Station Project

随着我国“一带一路”倡议的提出,促进了我国对外工程承包企业不断承接海外工程在海外市场的份额越来越大。国际工程的索赔管理属于我国承包商拓展国际市场,继而促成国际化发展的基本要求,可以保护承包商合同权益,对合同经济损失形成有效控制,提高我国对外承包商的国际竞争力。本文主要以国际电站工程为例,探讨了EPC合同索赔的三维结构管理内容。

with the introduction of the policy of“ one belt and one road” in China, the share of overseas engineering contracting enterprises undertaking overseas projects in overseas markets has been promoted. Claim management of international projects belongs to the basic requirement for Chinese contractors to expand the international market, then promote the international development, protect Contractors’contract rights and interests, effectively control contract economic losses, and improve the international competitiveness of Chinese foreign contractors. Taking the international power plant project as an example, this paper discusses the three-dimensional structure management of EPC contract claims.
