火电企业燃煤质量管理分析

Analysis on Quality Management of Coal Combustion in Thermal Power Enterprises

燃煤是火电企业最主要的生产原料,一般其费用占生产成本的70%~80%,由于上网电价的下降,占比有进一步上升的趋势。燃煤质检作为燃料费用结算的主要依据,同时也是配煤和燃烧调整的基础,贯穿于生产、经营的全过程,且影响巨大,在当前形势下做好燃煤质量管理尤为重要和迫切。本文从火电厂燃煤的选取阶段入手进行简单叙述,并对燃煤质量的管理进行了深刻的分析,对提高火电厂燃煤质量以获取更大的经济效益提出了一些建议,希望可以为我国火电企业更好的发展起到一定的帮助作用。

Coal-fired coal is the most important raw material for thermal power enterprises. Generally, its cost accounts for 70-80% of the production cost. Due to the decline in on-grid electricity prices, the proportion has further increased. Coal-fired quality inspection is the main basis for the settlement of fuel costs. It is also the basis for coal blending and combustion adjustment. It runs through the whole process of production and operation, and has a huge impact. It is especially important and urgent to do a good job in coal quality management under the current situation. This paper starts from the selection stage of coal-fired power plant, and makes a brief analysis on the management of coal-fired quality. It puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality of coal-fired power plants to obtain greater economic benefits. I hope that It will play a certain role in helping China’s thermal power enterprises to develop better.
