摘要
电网信息模型(GridInformationModel,GIM)是国家电网有限公司为满足输变电工程三维设计需要制定的一种技术标准,其建立在输变电过程各阶段的信息化以及数字化应用的系统上,是从两个角度,即信息技术与工程技术出发所建立的。而基于GIM标准建立的电网三维模型对于输变电工程智能化管理是时代发展的必然需求,也是促进实现电网项目管理信息化的有效措施。
