摘要
由于常见传统电路故障诊断方法在实际工作应用逐渐失效,因此模拟电路故障分析法被广泛应用。通过模拟电路提前测定电路中可能存在的故障,以降低实际电路中发生故障的可能性。但模拟电路故障分析工作十分复杂且困难,需要消耗大量时间。该文对模拟电路的可测性及故障诊断方法进行研究,提高其诊断效率和质量,降低电路故障率。
Since the common traditional circuit fault diagnosis method is gradually invalidated in practical work, the analog circuit fault analysis method is widely used. The possible faults in the circuit are determined in advance by the analog circuit to reduce the possibility of failure in the actual circuit. However, analog circuit fault analysis is very complicated and difficult, and it takes a lot of time. The measurability and fault diagnosis methods of analog circuits will be studied to improve their diagnostic efficiency and quality, and reduce the circuit failure rate.
