隔离开关转轴润滑油带电加注器改造的研发及应用

Development and Application of Transformation of the Oil-filled Injector for the Isolation Switch Shaft

针对目前变电站隔离开关的隔离刀闸传动转轴部分因生锈、干涉等问题引起的设备故障,造成检修人员工作难度大,安全风险增加,从而影响供电可靠性的现象,本课题组对目前的隔离开关转轴润滑油带电加注器进行改造,研制出一种带电设备润滑油加注器,使检修人员能更高效地完成隔离开关的检修工作。

In view of the problems about inconvenient operation and high risk about the maintenance of the isolation breaker caused by rust and the jamming in the drive shaft existing in the substation, it cause the result about power supply goes to be affected. The research group has transformed the current isolation switch shaft of lubricating oil filling machine, it makes the maintenance work of the isolation switch more efficiently.
