摘要
变压器呼吸器也叫变压除湿器,主要去除油枕胶带、隔膜中的水分,防止变压器内部受潮,影响到变压器的绝缘性能。但是变压器呼吸器在运行过程中,由于变压器呼吸器设计、安装、运营与维修过程中存在一定的问题,影响到呼吸器正常功能的发挥。因此需要进一步优化变压器呼吸器的设计水平,提高变压器呼吸器的运行效率。引进和开发先进的储油罐智能免维护技术,提高变压器维护的经济性、环保性和可靠性,减少变压器停机时间,减少检修费用,为变压器大修技改提供成熟的解决方案,填补国内相关技术的空白。
Transformer respirator is also called variable pressure dehumidifier. It mainly removes moisture from oil pillow tape and diaphragm, prevents moisture from inside transformer and affects insulation performance of transformer. However, there are some problems in the design, installation, operation and maintenance of transformer respirator during its operation, which affect the normal function of the respirator. Therefore, it is necessary to further optimize the design level of transformer respirator and improve the operation efficiency of transformer respirator. Introduce and develop advanced intelligent maintenance-free technology for oil storage tanks, improve the economy, environmental protection and reliability of transformer maintenance, reduce the downtime of transformers, reduce maintenance costs, provide mature solutions for transformer overhaul technical renovation, and fill the gaps in domestic related technologies.
