燃煤电站弯头-收缩管结构流动及磨损特性研究

摘要 弯头–收缩管可以实现烟道转向和减小管径的功能,是火电厂烟风管道中主要的组合结构之一。该文建立了弯头–收缩管结构数值模拟模型,划分了网格结构,获得了不同连接直管段条件下弯头–收缩管结构的流动及磨损特性规律,获得的最优结构为直接连接,研究结果可以作为我国现行行业标准的补充,为工程技术人员所参考。 The Bend-reducer tube connection can realize the function of flue turning and pipe diameter reducing. The numerical simulation model of bend-reducer tube structure is developed in this paper, which is meshed with structured grids. The flow and wear characteristics were obtained for bend-reducer tube structure with the different connection length of straight pipe. The optimal connection structure is found to be the direct connection. Results of this paper can be used as supplements for the current industry standards, and referred by engineers.
