摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,智能电表作为当前电网智能化中的一个重要基础技术,能够准确计算出用户的用电量,有助于实现更为有效的电力资源管理工作,已经被广泛运用到社会发展的各个层面。然而针对智能电能表的窃电事件却屡屡发生,窃电技术的不断升级,严重损坏了智能电能表作为法定计量依据的准确性和可靠性。该文从窃电本质出发,结合实际工作经验研究,探讨单相电子式防窃电电能表的设计原理和具体的防窃电结构设计。
With the continuous development of science and technology, smart meters, as an important basic technology in the current power grid intellectualization, can accurately calculate the user’s electricity consumption, help to achieve more effective power resource management work, has been widely used in all aspects of social development. However, in view of the frequent occurrence of electricity theft in smart watt-hour meters, the continuous upgrading of electricity theft technology seriously damages the accuracy and reliability of smart watt-hour meters as the legal measurement basis. Starting from the essence of electricity theft and combining with practical work experience, this paper discusses the design principle and concrete anti-electricity theft structure design of single-phase electronic anti-electricity meter.
