随着经济的飞速发展,社会对电力的需求不断提高。电力资源是我国经济稳定发展与人民安定生活的重要保证。文章通过对工程项目实施质量进行研究,对110kV输变电的管理与工作进行分析,并对输变电工程项目管理与工作协调提出相关建议,以期对提高输变电工程项目管理与工作协调带来帮助。

With the rapid development of economy, the demand of society for electric power is constantly increasing. Electric power resources are an important guarantee for China’s stable economic development and people’s stable life. This paper studies the quality of project implementation, analyses the management and work of 110 kV power transmission and transformation project, and puts forward relevant suggestions for the management and work coordination of power transmission and transformation project, in order to help improve the management and work coordination of power transmission and transformation project.
