试论新时代背景下电力建设施工现场安全管理问题及应对措施

近几年以来,随着国民经济的快速发展,人们对电力资源的需求越来越大,我国电力工程建设的速度逐渐加快。在新时代背景下,为了加强电力建设施工现场的安全管理,必须制定科学的安全生产责任制度,将安全监管责任落实到人,努力提高施工作业人员的安全生产意识,加强对生产过程的监督和管理,及时处理生产中存在的安全隐患。本文首先阐述了我国现阶段电力建设施工安全管理的现状,然后分析了电力建设施工现场安全管理存在的问题,最后针对性提出解决措施和建议,以期促进我国电力建设施工现场安全管理水平的提升。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, people’s demand for power resources is increasing, and the speed of China’s power engineering construction is gradually accelerating. In the new era, in order to strengthen the safety management of electric power construction site, it is necessary to establish a scientific safety production responsibility system, implement safety supervision responsibility to people, strive to improve the safety production awareness of construction workers, and strengthen supervision over the production process. This paper first expounds the current situation of power construction safety management in China, and then analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of power construction site. Finally, it proposes solutions and suggestions in order to promote the safety management level of China’s electric power construction site.
