核电项目管理中进度控制的运用分析

Analysis of the Application of Progress Control in Nuclear Power Project Management

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,核电项目在生产生活中发挥着巨大的作用,在这样的情况下,也给核电项目工程带来了全新的挑战,因此,探究核电项目管理中进度控制就具有十分重要的意义。核电工程的发展一方面影响着我国的经济发展,另一方面也是提升我国核心竞争力的体现。基于上述原因,该文结合笔者多年的实践工作经验,对核电项目管理中进度控制的运用进行分析和思考,并提出一些自己的看法和观点,希望能提供一些有用的参考价值。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy, nuclear power projects play a huge role in production and life. Under such circumstances, it also brings new challenges to nuclear power project engineering. Therefore, explore the progress control in nuclear power project management. It is of great significance. The development of nuclear power engineering affects China’s economic development on the one hand and enhances China’s core competitiveness on the other. Based on the above reasons, this paper combines the author’s many years of practical work experience, analyzes and thinks about the use of progress control in nuclear power project management, and puts forward some views and opinions, hoping to provide some useful reference value.
