省煤器灰斗一次安装就位施工工法的应用

摘要 在电站锅炉施工中,传统的省煤器灰斗施工方法是将灰斗组件预先搁置在下部钢架或悬挂于上部钢架上,上部受热面安装完后再提升就位。中电建核电工程公司通过在多个项目的省煤器灰斗安装,采用在其下部设置支撑架实现了灰斗一次安装就位,总结形成本工法,从而加快了灰斗安装的施工效率,提高了安全系数,降低了施工成本,为工程建设提供了良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In the construction of power plant boilers, the traditional construction method of economizer ash hopper is to put the ash hopper components on the lower steel frame or hang on the upper steel frame in advance, and then raise the upper heating surface after installation. In the installation of coal economizer ash hopper in several projects, China Electric Power Construction Nuclear Power Engineering Company has realized the installation of ash hopper at one time by installing support frame at its lower part.
