工程设计决定了工程项目的建筑用材、结构形式及建设布局,所以工程的造价高低很大一部分是由工程设计所决定。因此,要想做好工程的造价控制与管理,就需在设计咨询阶段对工程的造价进行控制与管理。对电力工程在设计咨询阶段的造价控制所存在的一些问题进行简要叙述并就降低设计阶段造价的一些措施进行探讨。

Therefore, in order to do a good job in project cost control and management, it is necessary to control and manage the cost of the project in the design consultation stage. Some problems in the cost control of power engineering in the design consultation stage are briefly described and some measures to reduce the cost of the design stage are discussed.
