在电网经济核算中电能计量是一个非常重要的环节,它的精准性将直接影响到电力的经济计算,不仅如此还会涉及到系统内部其他经济指标的计算,故而,其在电力系统稳定、安全、可靠的运行,乃至于整体性体制改革上都扮演着极为重要的角色。毋庸置疑,电力工程要想取得长足的进步,就必须要电子计量仪器的技术支撑,不管是其中哪个部分都会用到电力计量,只有这样才能保证电能传输的精准度和可靠性。在计量中会存在一些综合误差,他们来自于互感器、电能表和二次回路等设备。这种计量误差在低负荷下尤为明显。文章就是基于这种情况进行论述,以互感器、电能表以及二次回路为三个着手点,详尽剖析了低负荷对电力计量造成的影响以及对应的解决方案。
Electric energy measurement is a very important link in the economic accounting of power grid. Its accuracy will directly affect the economic calculation of power, not only that, but also the calculation of other economic indicators within the system. Therefore, its stable, safe and reliable operation in the power system, and even the reform of the overall system. They all play an extremely important role. Undoubtedly, in order to make great progress in electric power engineering, it is necessary to have the technical support of electronic measuring instruments, no matter which part of them will be used for electric power measurement. Only in this way can the accuracy and reliability of electric power transmission be guaranteed. There are some comprehensive errors in measurement, which come from transformers, watt-hour meters and secondary circuits. This kind of measurement error is especially obvious under low load. This article is based on this situation to discuss, with transformer, watt-hour meter and secondary circuit as three starting points, detailed analysis of the impact of low load on power metering and the corresponding solutions.
