今天,供电企业已经走向市场,努力践行“四个服务”。而做好高危及重要电力客户用电管理,便是践行“四个服务”的重要方面。供电企业应当为高危及重要电力客户主动防范、排查、解决稳中有降类用电安全隐患,以保障这些特殊的客户用电安全。该文将对这一问题展开阐述。

Today, power supply enterprises have entered the market, and strive to implement the“ four services”. And to do a good job in power consumption management of high-risk and important power customers is an important aspect of practicing the“ four services”. Power supply enterprises should take the initiative to guard against, investigate and solve the potential safety hazards of downgraded power consumption for high-risk and important power customers, so as to ensure the safety of power consumption for these special customers. This paper will elaborate on this issue.
