摘要 道德教育就是传播道德知识、培养受教育者的道德素质,使受教育者能够正确地认识道德和道德对于(好)生活的意义,掌握如何成为道德之人的路径和方法。应然状态的规范教化是道德教育的主要途径、直接保障和基本目标。但由于规范教化存在方式封闭僵化、内容泛政治化、环境严重缺失等主要问题,使得当前本来就不容乐观的道德教育的实效性更加不尽理想。当前道德教育唯有遵循"人性化"的教化本位,回归"生活化"的教化方式,创建"系统化"的教化环境,才能使受教育者习得和内化代表群体意志的社会道德规范和法则,从而形成一种稳定的道德品质,并在日常生活中表现出真正的道德行为。 Moral education aims to disseminate moral knowledge and encourage the moral quality of learners so that the learners can correctly understand the significance of morality and morality for (good) life, and learn the methods of how to become a moral person. Normative enlightenment of state is the main approach, assurance and basic goal of moral education. However, the existence of closed rigid education, politicization of content, and lack of environmental issues, influences the effectiveness of moral education that could present unsatisfactory results. At present, moral education demands to follow the educational standards of “humanized”, persistent to the civilized fashion of life, and create systematic educational environment. Learners can acquire and internalize the social and moral rules through these ways, to form and show stable moral character in their daily life.
