人类在社会生活的不同领域形成不同指向的理性,博士后与合作导师主体间交往关系的发生与发展本质上是交往理性的生成与发展过程。主体间交往理性的发展是提升博士后科学创新能力、促进博士后取得重要科学发现的重要因素。博士后与合作导师主体间交往理性的发展以未知状态高深知识的生产为主要旨趣,原始创新成为主体间交往理性发展取向的价值准则与交往范式发展水平的评判标准。博士后与合作导师主体间交往范式的优化是一个系统工程,当前需要重点围绕合作关系生成模式的重构、环境支持系统的完善、交往理念与方式的改进等方面展开。

Human beings form rationality with different orientations in different fields of social life. The occurrence and development of the communicative relationship between post-doctors and cooperative supervisors is essential to form and develop communicative rationality. The development of the inter-subjective communication rationality is an important factor to enhance post-doctors ability in scientific innovation and in promoting postdoctors to achieve important scientific discoveries. The development of the inter-subjective communication rationality between post-doctors and cooperative supervisors is mainly about the production of advanced knowledge in the unknown state. The original innovation has become the value standard to develop communicative rationality, and the evaluation standard to develop relationship paradigm. It is a systematic project to optimize the inter-subjective communicative relationship paradigm between post-doctors and cooperative supervisors. At present, it is necessary to focus on the reconstruction of cooperative relationship generation mode to improve the conservational support system for connecting ideas and methods.
