定向井完井多级划眼清洁技术研究

Research of Multistage Reaming Cleaning Technology in Directional Well Completion

定向井完钻后,井内岩屑床和厚泥饼的存在易造成电测遇阻、套管下入困难、固井质量差等问题,严重影响了完井周期和施工质量。常规"钻头+扶正器"的通井钻具组合难以有效清除岩屑床和厚泥饼。针对以上问题,开展了多级划眼清洁技术研究,在常规通井钻具组合中加入多个井眼清洁工具,形成多级划眼钻具组合,一趟钻通井清除井内岩屑床和厚泥饼,保障电测、下套管安全,提高固井质量。阐述了该技术在浙江油田QZx1井和大港油田南部油区的试验情况,该研究对于定向井完井清洁井眼具有借鉴意义。

The existence of the cuttings bed and thick mud cake in the well after the completion of directional wells would easily cause the problems such as wireline logging resistance,difficulty in casing running,and poor cementing quality,which seriously affected the well completion period and its operation quality.It was difficult to effectively remove the cuttings bed and the thick mud cake by the conventional"bit+centralizer"bottom hole assembly.In order to solve the above problems,a multistage reaming cleaning technology was researched,a conventional wiper trip bottom hole assembly was added in a multiple well cleaning tool to form a multistage reaming cleaning bottom hole assembly,the cuttings bed and the thick mud cake were removed in one trip for ensuring the safety of the wireline logging and casing running and improved the cementing quality.The tests of the technology in Well QZx1 of Zhejiang Oilfield and in the southern area of Dagang Oilfield are denoted.The research provides reference for directional well completion and wellbore cleaning.
