摘要
针对南海珠江口盆地油田强水驱开发模式造成较严重的水平井段供液不均衡和纵向波及范围小的问题,采用新型完井工具及ICD (inflow control device,水平井流入剖面控制设备)完井工艺技术。多角度阐释了ICD控水增油的原理,揭示ICD控水工艺技术的实质是通过均衡水平井供液剖面和保持较高的生产压差2种机理提高波及系数,从而达到控水增油的目的。油田现场应用效果表明,该技术可明显延缓底水锥进,挖潜效果明显,对同类油田开发具有借鉴意义。
In view of the serious problems of uneven fluid supply and small longitudinal sweep range caused by the development mode of strong water flooding in the horizontal well section in the oilfield of Pearl River Mouth Basin,new well completion tool,namely ICD completion tool was used.The principle of water control and oil increment by using ICD was denoted from multiple points,it was revealed that the ICD technology was essentially to improve the sweep coefficient by equalizing fluid supply profile of horizontal wells and maintaining high production pressure difference for the purpose of water control and oil increment.Field application shows that this technology can obviously delay the bottom water coning,it has obvious effect on tapping the potential.It provides reference for the development of the other similar oilfields.
