摘要
将30日龄断奶伊拉兔16只随机分为4组(空白对照组、艾叶复方水煎液低剂量组(9mL/(只·d))、中剂量组(12mL/(只·d))、高剂量组(15mL/(只·d)),每组4只,自由采食和饮水,连续20d,研究了艾叶等中草药复方制剂对家兔免疫器官及生产性能的影响。结果表明,与对照组比较,高剂量组家兔脾脏、胸腺重量及其脏器指数表现出极显著差异(P<0.01),3个试验组中高剂量组表现更佳;与对照组比较,低、中、高剂量组料重比差异极显著(P<0.01),高剂量组料重比最低;与对照组比较,高剂量组贮存损失率及熟肉率差异极显著(P<0.01)。由此可知,艾叶复方制剂能提高家兔胸腺、脾脏重量及其指数,降低料重比及贮存损失率,能提高熟肉率,增加肠道消化吸收面积,说明艾叶复方制剂在某种程度上能增强机体的免疫力,提高生产性能,改善兔肉品质,提高家兔健康度,减少抗生素的应用,高剂量(15mL/只·d)效果最佳。
To study the effects of artemisia argyi and other Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations on immune organs and production performance in rabbits.A total of 16 weaned rabbits aged 30 days were randomly divided into 4 groups(control for low dose(9mL/(d·each)),middle dose(12mL/(d·each))and high dose(15mL/(d·each)).It was tested for 20 days of free feeding and drinking water.The results indicated that compared with the control group,the weight of spleen,thymus and viscera index were significantly different in high dose group(P<0.01).Compared between the 3 test groups,the high dose group showed the best performance.Compared with the control group,the feed weight ratio of the low,middle and high dose groups was significantly different(P<0.01),and the high dose group had the lowest feed weight ratio.The storage loss rate and cooked meat rate of the high dose group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.01).The results indicated that Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation could increase the weight and index of thymus and spleen in rabbits,increase the feed conversion rate,reduce storage loss rate,increase the rate of cooked meat and the area of digestion and absorption.It shows that artemisia argyi compound preparation can enhance the immunity of the body,improve production performance and the quality of rabbit meat,improve the health of rabbits and reduce the application of antibiotics.The best effect is high dose group.
