添加不同比例甘草茎叶颗粒饲料对巴什拜羊生长性能、血液及免疫指标的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的为了研究添加不同比例的甘草茎叶(Licorice stem and leaves,LSL)替代粗饲料制成全混颗粒饲料对巴什拜羔羊生长性能、血液生化指标及免疫指标的影响。方法本试验采用单因子设计,选择3-4月龄、体重相近(22.64±2.34)kg、健康状况良好的巴什拜羔羊36只,按完全随机区组设计分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复3只,分别是对照组、25%甘草添加组、50%甘草添加组、75%甘草添加组。4组日粮水平基本一致,试验预饲期15d,正试期60d。结果各处理试验组与对照组相比增重、日增重及饲料转化率均有所提高,试验组间差异均不显著(P>0.05),25%LSL组增重效果和平均日增重以及饲料转化率高于50%LSL组及75%LSL组。各处理试验组之间血液甘油三酯含量和总胆固醇含量差异显著(P<0.05),钙含量各处理试验组间差异显著(P<0.05),25%LSL组甘油三酯和胆固醇含量低于对照组和50%LSL组及75%LSL组,总蛋白、白蛋白、钙和磷的含量均高于对照组和50%LSL组及75%LSL组。免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM含量各处理试验组差异不显著(P>0.05),25%LSL组免疫球蛋白含量高于对照组和50%LSL组及75%LSL组。结论甘草茎叶适宜比例替代日粮中粗饲料有提高动物生产性能,改善血液性状及增强免疫的趋势,25%的替代比例饲喂效果较好。 Objective To study the Effect of feeding different proportions of licorice stem and leaves(LSL) to substitute roughage made by the fully mixed pellet feed on growth performance, blood biochemical index and immune index of Bashbah lamb. Methods Thirty - six lambs in good health which were 3-4 months old with weight of about(22.64±2.34) kg were randomly divided into four groups with 3 replications per group and 3 lambs per replication: the control group, 25% Glycyrrhiza adding group, 50% Glycyrrhiza adding group and 75% Glycyrrhiza adding group. The dietary levels of the four groups were basically the same. Trial pre-feeding period was 15 days, the feeding period was 60 days. Results The results showed that the Weight gain, daily gain and feed conversion rate among the treatment groups was not significantly different(P>0.05). The effect of weight gain, average daily gain and feed conversion rate in group 25 LSL was higher than that in control group, 50 LSL group and 75 LSL group. Blood triglyceride content and total cholesterol content among the treatment groups were significantly different(P<0.05). The levels of triglyceride and cholesterol in 25% LSL group were lower than those in control group and 50% LSL group and 75% LSL group. The contents of total proteins, albumin, calcium and phosphorus were higher than those in control group, 50 % LSL group and 75 % LSL group. The content of IgA, IgG, IgM among the treatment groups was not significantly different (P>0.05). The content of immunoglobulin in group 25% LSL was higher than that of control group, group 50% LSL and group 75% LSL. Conclusion In summary, the suitable proportion of licorice stem and leaves could replace roughage in the daily diet, which can improve the production performance, blood state and immunity trend. The effect of 25% substitution ratio is better than other ratios.
