新疆严寒C区住宅三步节能与四步节能的经济性分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文从新疆地区现有装配式住宅围护结构的节能性与经济性出发,探讨新疆地区2011年全面执行的三步节能标准与2014年推荐执行的四步节能标准的经济性。运用DeST-h软件对一栋原设计达到三步节能标准的已建住宅,按其原围护结构节能构造,进行模拟计算得到全年采暖能耗值275580.04kW·h;按照四步节能要求,对外围护构造进行多个方案拟调整,结果为仅调整外墙构造可降低能耗31478.66kW·h,节能率提高11.4%,能够达到四步节能要求。本文结果表明四步节能更经济。 Starting from the energy-saving and economy of the envelope structure of the existing prefabricated houses in Xinjiang, the paper discussed the economy of three-step energy saving standard which was fully implemented in Xinjiang in 2011 and four-step energy-saving standard recommended in 2014. By using the DeST-h software, the energy conservation structure of an existing building with a three-step energy-saving standard had been constructed according to its original energy-saving structure. The annual heating energy consumption value was calculated to be 275580.04 kW·h. According to the requirements of four-step energy-saving, a number of plans for external protective structure were planned to be adjusted. The result show that only the external wall structure was adjusted, energy consumption could be reduced by 31478.66 kW·h, energy saving rate could be increased by 11.4%, and the four-steps energy-saving requirement could be met. Finally, after comparing the economy of three-step energy conservation and the economics of the proposed four-step energy-saving approach, the four-step energy-saving approach is more economical.
