Research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Policy Ecosystem of Medical Students in New Era

医学生创新创业对建设创新型国家、医学学科发展、医学社会功能的拓展以及医学生全面发展具有重要的意义。基于目前医学生创新创业现状,提出构建良好的医学生创新创业政策生态系统的建议:优化医学生创新创业软环境;推进"产、学、研、医"协调发展;构建医学生创新创业国际合作新机制。

The innovation and entrepreneurship of medical students is of great significance to the construction of an innovation-oriented country,the development of medical disciplines,the expansion of medical social functions and the overall development of medical students.Based on the current situation of medical students'innovation and entrepreneurship,the paper puts forward suggestions on building a good medical students’entrepreneurship policy ecosystem in three aspects:to optimize the soft environment for medical students’innovation and entrepreneurship;to promote the coordinated development of“production,study,research and medicine”;to build a new international cooperation mechanism for medical students'innovation and entrepreneurship.
