摘要
理工科院校心理健康教育工作师资力量薄弱,理工科心理委员工作自我满意度和工作效能偏低,发挥朋辈团体心理辅导优势,将其应用到理工科院校心理委员培训及工作的过程中,可以提高理工科院校心理委员工作的积极性和主动性,提升工作效能,为理工科院校心理健康教育工作提供新思路。
Teachers of psychological health education in science and engineering colleges are weak,and the work self-satisfaction and work efficiency of psychological committees in science and engineering are low.Peer group psychological counseling is applied to the training and work of psychological committees in science and engineering colleges.The training of psychological committees in science and engineering colleges can arouse their enthusiasm and initiative.Sex,enhance work efficiency,and provide new ideas for mental health education in science and engineering universities.
