考研大学生心理健康状况分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Mental Health Condition of Postgraduate Entrance Examination Students

进入新时代,高等教育发展迅速,培养高素质人才和不断提升学生的综合素质成为高校共有的目标,不断丰富自己的知识储备、增长自己的才干、获取更高学历也成为了大学生关注的热点。本文通过问卷的形式在应届毕业生中开展调查,研究考研大学生心理健康状况及产生原因,找到解决问题的对策,引导大学生树立积极向上的人生观、价值观和择业观,为高校三全育人工作提供帮助与参考。

Entering the new era,higher education develops rapidly,and it has become the common goal of colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality talents and continuously improve the comprehensive quality of students.It has also become a hot topic for college students to constantly enrich their knowledge reserve,increase their talents and obtain a higher degree.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper researches graduate students’mental health status,analyzes the reasons,finds out solutions to the problems,guides students to establish a positive outlook on life,values,and career outlook,provides help and reference for the university education work.
