高校将教学质量的提高作为高校整体发展的重中之重,而中青年教师教学能力的培养与提高是高校教学质量保障的重要环节,对高素质青年人才的培养发挥着十分重要的作用。本文根据多年教学竞赛的组织经验进行综合分析,从教学竞赛的意义、教学竞赛的过程和作用、教学竞赛存在的问题及建议等方面,探讨教学竞赛对高校中青年教师教学水平提高的重要性。

Improving the teaching quality is the top priority in the overall development of universities.The cultivation and improvement of the teaching ability of young and middle-aged teachers is important for ensuring teaching quality of universities,playing a vital role in cultivating highly qualified young talents.Based on comprehensive analysis of the author’s experience in organizing teaching competitions for years,this paper explores the importance of teaching competitions for improving teaching quality of young and middle-aged teachers from the perspectives including significance of teaching competitions,process of teaching competitions,existing problems in teaching competitions,and suggestions for improvement,etc.
